o Polished up usage for com port 2.  Works now.

o You can configure amount of times to redial the user now.

o You can now set the time to allow LD calls, if you allow them at all.

o Fixed major bug with calling out of area code.  It chopped off the last
  two numbers of the phone number.

o Carrier Detect has been perfected, it knows when the user drops carrier!

o Hangs up on users you have called long distance after they are validated or
  after they enter their password wrong 3 times.  This gets them off as soon
  as possible to avoid the long distance phone bill.


NOTE: I suggest you view the docs again.  The only thing that has really
      changed is the CALLBACK.CFG... you must add 3 lines.  View CALLBACK.DOC
      to find out what these are.
