S)  Select the areas from where you will find the messages.

A)  Select the archiver that will compress the packet

P)  Select the transfer protocol you will use to Upl/Dnld the messages packet

C)  Create the actual messages packet.  It will show you the Areas you have
    selected and the number of messages for each areas.  Then you will be ask
    if you want to continue with the creation of the packet.

D)  Donwload the message packet you have created with the function "C"

U)  Upload the messages you have prepared with your offline editor.
