Brief History

To find the version number use the command ARCON/V


 V2.K  - When reachiving ARCON now displays what the archiver is doing.
         Some people thought that ARCON was ~hanging~ when rearchiving long
         files as they couldn't see what was going on.
 V2.J  - ARCON now deals with SFX archives much better
 V2.H  - Added ARCHIVE_ALL option to archive TXT, JPG, GIF files etc
 V2.G  - Added LOGFILE option in .CTL to create a log file.
         Added section to write an error log if anything goes wrong
 V2.F  - RANet node number changed
 V2.E  - DELIST and COMMENTPATH sections added
         In some cases if a file was being converted in a root directory
         ARCON would sometimes delete the new archive. This has been cured
 V2.D    Not Released
 V2.C  - Up to 10 virus scanners can now be defined in the .CTL file
 V2.B  - Not released - Possable confusion with a beta version
 V2.A  - Little bug which left ARCON in the wrong directory if an error
         occured fixed ( I hope! )
 V2.9  - Edit / Create FILE_ID.DIZ files
 V2.8  - Auto delete of text from within FILE_ID.DIZ files
 V2.7  - Virus scanner now returns errorlevel if it finds a virus
 V2.6  - Virus Scan option added
 V2.5  - ARCON should now run on older versions of DOS which do-not
         include the deltree command
         Number of files that can be configured for auto delete raised to 100
         WORKDIR command removed - this caused problems on some systems
 V2.4  - Ability to convert full directories added          
 V2.3  - View a file within an archive add
         Archive name format changed new format :- Arcon2_3.ARJ
 V2.2  - Auto and manual file delete option added
 V2.1  - Ability to add archive comments added
 V2.0  - WORKDIR option added
         Screens tidied slightly
 V1.9  - not released to public
 V1.8  - 1st  public release.
