Payment can be made from cheques drawn on either a US or a
Canadian account. Personal and company cheques require two
weeks to clear. Canadian postal money orders and money orders
drawn on a Canadian or US bank are accepted. EuroCheques and
foreign bank drafts are accepted, but an additional 8-10 weeks
is required to clear. If you wish to have the money wired
over directly, please contact the author for account
information. If paying by foreign currency, an additional 10%
