MT will quickly tell you ALL of the following about your QuickBBS
message base (MBS reports on ONLY those items with an '+' next to them):

     - Message area name and number as defined in your CONFIG.BBS.
(great for working with MSGUTIL or AREAS.BBS)

     - Total number of messages unread by you in each area.

     - How many are currently marked as deleted in each area.

     - Total number of messages in each area.

     - First & last message with dates for each area.

     - Grand Totals of the above for the entire message base.

     - + File size of MSGTXT.BBS in Mb (See NOTE 1).
(including a flashing warning about exceeding the 7.9997 Mb
         MSGTXT.BBS file size limit)

     - + Total size of ALL your message base files in Mb.
         (including MSG*.BBS, LASTREAD.BBS, KILLDUPS.DAT or AREAS.KDP)

     - + Total free space on current drive available in Mb.

     - + Total current drive capacity in Mb.

     Using The Programs:

The programs, MT.EXE and MSB.EXE, may be placed in any subdirectory in
your PATH, but must be run from your QuickBBS directory.

To envoke MT, simply type "MT" (simple enough, eh?) For MSB, type "MSB".

     Command Line Options:

The following options may be placed on the command line when invoking
MT. They may be invoked in any order, but be sure to leave a space
between each option. The /f option must be followed by a valid dos name.
Also, for your computing ease and pleasure, you may use either "-" or
"/" in front of the options.

     /a or /A - 'A'll boards
Reports on all boards, whether or not they are defined in
                 CONFIG.BBS.

     /e or /E - 'E'nd pause
Forces a final pause at the end of the screen report.

     /f or /F <filename> - 'F'ilename (*) (See NOTE 2)
Sends the report directly to a text file.

     /n or /N - 'N'ew Messages
Just lists the boards that have new messages waiting.

     /p or /P - 'P'rinter
Sends the report to the printer. (PRN)

(*) MBS uses these command line parameters also.

     ________________________________________

     Note 1 -

Mb = 1,048,576 bytes. Most of the time when we refer to Mb, we just
take the Kb size and multiply by 1000 for easy reference. However,
those aren't "true" megabytes we're talking about; the numbers reported
        here are.

     NOTE 2: -

        * DesqView users take note *

Using /f CON on the command line will send output to the screen
without pauses. This option does NOT write directly to the screen.
