This command allows you to page the system operator. If the SYSOP indicates
that he/she is available, paging occurs, otherwise the message "sysop not
available" is displayed. If you cannot contact the sysop this way, it is
suggested that you send a message (see the MAIL command).
If the sysop is unavilable, please do not continue to issue the chat
command. The sysop will be notified of your attempt to chat if he or she
arrives while you are still on line, and can "break in" to chat with you at
any point.
