Introduction
============
TopEd is a full screen editor available for BBS systems similiar to some
of the word processors that you may use on your machine, but you use this
one online to write messages. TopEd supports many of the word star commands
along with many other simple options to make message editing as easy as
1-2-3!
TopEd works great with most terminal programs and supports ANSI/AVATAR scan
codes.
