Description: Allows you to store your extra time in a time bank. You
will be displayed the maxium amount of storable time, the
current amount you have stored, and your total BBS & bank
time. The two totals will be added together and you will
be prompted for the amount of your total time which you
wish to have in the bank. If your time on the BBS ever
runs out, you will have the option of pulling time out of
the bank to remain on the BBS.
