Upgrade WMail 2.1 -> WMail 2.2

1) Backup file WMAIL.PRM

2) Run WMUPDATE.EXE

3) Run WMSETUP and define areas and packers for nodes.
   Remember: WMail does not use AREAS.BBS file anymore. All areas must be
   now defined in WMSETUP.
