Tdplus uses external menus, For more sysop control
Tdoor has built in menus.

Added ability to have numbered file areas for keypress
Added menu option 98 to turn hotkeys on and off Put D or E as 1st menu
entry on data line of a type 98 menu to enable or disable hotkeys, disable
them for you file areas if you would like them numbered instead of letters
for file keypresses. The number of the file area will be the number it
is listed on your file area menu. The first area listed on your menu will
make it keypress #1, the second, keypress #2, etc...
Fixed a few linefeed bugs
Added 2 command line options, this allows you to run Tdoor from 1 directory.
/CTdoor.cnf
/PProtocol.td
/C changes the default Tdoor.cnf to whatever name you put in
/P changes the default Protocol.td the same way
You may not have a space after /C or /P
Added a pause at long menus...
