Syntax:

  <Conference Number> [-(Conference Number)] [HIGH-<n>|LOW+<n>|<n>]

  Resets last message read pointer for one or more conferences.  If <n> is
  not specified, HIGH is assumed.

Examples:

  ALL HIGH-50        Resets all pointers to high msg number minus 50.
  5 LOW+100          Resets conference #5 to low msg number plus 100.
  ALL LOW+0          Resets all pointers to scan all messages
  3-10 HIGH-10       Resets conferences 3 thru 10 to high msg minus 10
