Escape = Exit from full screen mode
Home (Ctrl-W) and End (Ctrl-P) are special. The first time they are pressed
they go to the beginning/end of the current line. The second time (in
succession) they go to the beginning/end of the current page. The third time
they go to the beginning/end of the message.
