1New users start with very limited access to this system. However, just leave a
1message requesting validation to the SysOp and, in most cases, you'll be given
1normal user access within 24-48 hours.
1New user restrictions:
211. You are only allowed only 15 minutes on-line.
221. Your public mail must be validated before other normal users of the
1 system can read it.
231. You cannot vote on the general interest topics available.
