just leave a message requesting validation to the SysOp (#1)
and in most cases you'll be given normal user access in 24-48 hours.
New user restrictions:
1. You are only allowed only 15 minutes on-line.
2. Your public mail must be validated before it is available.
3. You cannot vote.
