REQUIREMENTS:

o Using T.A.G. BBS Software Version 2.6 or above
o Using Front Door v2.02 or above
o Mail is processed As SOON as it is recieved.
i.e. Using Recieved Mail Errorlevel in FD.
o Minimum FD log requirements See Below.

Instuctions:

This program requires to Command line parameters. The path to your BBS
data Files (You must be running TAG software For this to work!). And the path
to your FD.LOG file (You must be running FrontDoor front end mailer).

Path to your BBS DataFiles

C:\BBS\DFILES
this program only requires the directory no trailing backslash is needed.

Path to your FD.LOG

C:\FD
This too only requires a path, this path must be the main FrontDoor
 Directory.

Command Line Example: ADDNET.EXE C:\BBS C:\FD

Now for this to work You have to change a setting or two in your FrontDoor
Setup. You must go into the mailer section select Log Options and turn ON to
YES the sections that say:

'+' Breif Messages and '~' Session information and '~' Show all REmote
AKA's and that is all you need to have on.

Thats all there is to it.

What this program does:

This program reads FrontDoor Log scans the last 2000 bytes of the file
for every line that begins with a '+' if the next line meets the
specifications that line is the BBS name and address, and that is what is
added to your LASTON.DAT (Last few callers field).

Last Few Callers:

3456: NewUser #1
3457: BetterUser #2
3458: Hello #69
NET: Satans Den BBS, 255:255/301

and that is what is added to the Last few callers field. However if NO BBS
is found within the last 1500-2000 bytes it defualts back to the standard
message

NET: Incomming NetWork Mail

thats it!

I would like to thank the TAG Team for writing the
best bbs package I've ever seen!
