- Increased size of memory buffer for menus.lst.  This caused a lockup
  in 1.1 if your menus.lst was too big.
- Added range checking/error message to avoid lock up if menus.lst is still
  too big.  The program is limited to 525 items in a menus.lst.  This 
  might be addressed in a future release.
