This file must contain 3 lines.  Please use an ASCii editor to modify
the CFG file.

Line 1    The Path and name of the tagline file.

Line 2    This is your original banner file.  Put in everyting you want
          and TAGGER will append a random tagline or comment to the
          file.  A complete path and filename is required.

Line 3    This is the output file.  A complete path and filename is
          required.
