      | HSLK-TGI v1.00 Wide Beta 5
      | Telegard HS\Link Two-Way Transfer Interface Door

Upon the release of HS\Link, a bidirectional protocol, it was
again discovered how much Telegard lacked in the file protocol
handling. While HS\Link could be setup as a single-way
protocol in Telegard, it couldn't be installed proplerly as a
bidirectional protocol, without a lot of hassle and inconvenience
for the Sysop. HSLK-TGI was designed to interface HS\Link with
Telegard so this would no longer be a problem. HSLK-TGI takes
care of the uploading portion, letting Telegard handle the
      downloading side.

HSLK-TGI when fully setup replicates the Telegard file
section, or how Telegard would normally act, except that it
handles both uploads and downloads at the same time. However
HSLK-TGI doesn't replicate Telegards file section in all regards,
so not all setups will work correctly with this version (though if
you explain to me what the problem is I'll get around to
      programming it.).

THIS PROTOCOL INTERFACE DOOR IS BY NO MEANS COMPLETE. DUE TO
THE MASSIVE PUBLIC INTEREST IN THIS PROGRAM, AND MY LIMITED TIME
TO COMPLETE IT'S CODING, IT HAS BEEN RELEASED AS A WIDE BETA TEST
COPY. IT MAY NOT WORK CORRECTLY, BUT IT HAS BEEN TESTED TO HANDLE
ANY ERRORS THAT MAY OCCUR. JUST PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS A WIDE
BETA RELEASE, AND YOU RUN IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

The following items are KNOWN not to work correctly, and will
be fixed time permitting. This will work as a shell, maybe just
not complete. It is highly advised that you limit access to this
protocol to loyal users rather then just the normal public.

       ■ Does not check for duplicate files (except files going into the
upload directory, but not anywhere else).
       ■ Timing is STILL messed up. This means that the time refund,
CPS rates and other time related functions won't work correctly.
       ■ If a user hangs up it may not input a description for those files
(but I'm unsure about this, it may have been fixed).

That's about all I can think of for now. I know there will
be a tonne more bugs, but since everybody is going "WHY CAN'T I USE
HSLINK WITH TG?", I decided it had to be released as a Wide Beta.
The official Beta's who were testing it were swamped with people
asking for it so now the wish has been fulfilled. Again, it may
not work exactly as intended, so if you find a problem (other then
the ones listed above), please inform me so I can fix them.
