 A = Available for Chats (ChatOK)
 B = Browse questionnaires
 C = Chat with user on another line
 I = Information about chatting
 L = Login announcements off but otherwise like the following
 N = No chat (prevents you from being chatted)
 O = Open Forum (group chat)
 P = Page Off (No chat and No Page)
 Q = Quit and return to main menu
 T = Talk with the SysOp
 W = Who's online now
