broadcast to everyone on the same "channel" with you. Also, use these
special commands:

JOIN toggle in or out of your own private chan /J
TOPIC ... List a topic for your private channel /T ...
ACTION ON/OFF/? turn your actions on or off, or get help /A ON/OFF/?
FORGET <who> "forget" (ignore) a user annoying you /F <who>
REMEMBER <who> "remember" a user you've "forgotten" /R <who>
MAIN Go to the main channel /M
EXIT Get out of teleconference X or /X
