1. Q. A User needs to know how many answers he can put per question. He
will automatically assume one, but what if there's more?
A. When you allow more than one answer option in the sysop module the
User Profile System will show the caller that actual number allowed.
For example: If you allow three answers for a question then the
prompt would say "Select up to 3 answers (no spaces or commas) &
ENTER".
2. Q. When editing a question, it takes you through the entire thing,
whether you want to or not. Is there a way to Quit?
A. The caller has a ability to press the ESCAPE key at any point to
end the edit question mode. All questions modified before pressing
Escape are saved. The caller is returned to the calling menu.
3. Q. When performing a match the questions still show as if the person
is answering them instead of performing a match.
A. While the question does not change the prompt does. The prompt says
"My Match Should Be" to indicate that the caller is performing a
match and is not answering the questions himself.
4. Q. How does the browse function in the User Profile System compare to the
DLX browse function?
A. The browse function was modeled after the DLX browse. If a caller,
who has not answered a questionaire, tries to browse someone he
will be given a message that he must answer the questionaire
before he can perform a browse. If you are using the linked
questionaire format (where multiple questionaires are chained together
so that a caller can see all answers from a single browse command)
then he will only see the answers to questionaires that he has
answered.
