This form must be filled out and mailed to the address below in order
to register TagRAM. Please try to include as much of the personal info
as possible so that I have a way to reach if there is some problems.
The licence fee for TagRAM is $15.00 US Funds ONLY and should be in the
form of a money order or check (Do NOT send CASH through the mail).
NOTE! When entering the Name of your BBS please be 100% accurate.

Note:
If you would like your registration fee to be donated to the
"Make-A-Wish Foundation" please make your check or money order
payable to "The Make-A-Wish Foundation" rather than to me. This
with make the book-keeping much easier for me.
There a 3 methods that can be used to get the TAGRAM.KEY file to you
Please check the one you prefer:
[ ] - Via FidoNET "Matrix Mail - File Attach" (Quickest - About 2 days)
[ ] - You call "The BatModem and download it (Minimum 1 week)
[ ] - Mailed to your address on a 360k floppy disk. (Minimum 2 weeks)
If you have a FidoNET address it is recommended that you select that
choice, it is the easiest for all concerned.
If payment is made to The Make-A-Wish foundation then please allow some
additional time for your KEY to arrive because we will be processing those
on a monthly basis to try and keep the processing costs as low as
possible.
