For European users who would like to pay with 'EuroCheque':
When you want to register this product and you are going to pay with
a so called EuroCheque than please do one of the following:
- Calculate the amount of US $ into DUTCH currency (at the time of
this writing the US dollar will cost Hfl 1.71 in dutch money) and
write out the cheque in DUTCH (guldens/HFl) currency. Please check
out the local transfer rates for Dollars to Dutch money !
THIS IS THE PREFERRED WAY !!!!!!!
or
- Calculate the amount of US $ into you OWN currency and write out
the cheque in your OWN currency;
So, in short, use your own or dutch currency on the cheque and NEVER
use US dollar. Using US dollar will mean an extra cost of around
US $ 25,-- to transfer the cheque into dutch gulden. In most cases,
this US $ 25,-- is more than the registration itself.
Dutch GIRO-cheque users will have NO troubles with foreign currencies,
but it is fastest to write the cheque out in dutch gulden !
