Short description : Comprehensive archive conversion from any type to
any other type
Description : MTA can be used both by normal users and Sysop's to
convert any archive format to any other archive
format. Included is support for ARC, PAK, PKware
PKPAK, PKWare ZIP, ZOO, DWC, MD, LHarc, LArc, ARJ,
HYPER and any alien compressor by means of a user-
interface. Also conversion (test) of GIF and JPEG
files is included.
Many features (AV'd files, encryption, special
diskette conversion, unattended conversion on BBS,
can be run inside event, timed execution,
disk-space checks, configurable log-style and so
on). Also a number of available exits in the
conversion phase, so users can do special things
(CRC, checking, adding, deleting, make SFX) while
converting nor- mal files.
Updates : 15.20 is a major release with support for various
new items like comment-files and nodelists. Some
bugs and flaws fixed. 15.21 is a bug release !
