In version 14.20 the key-support was changed. When you still work
with any older version than 14.20 and did not receive a new key,
please contact me ASAP. All registered users with versions earlier
than 14.20 should have received a letter and the new version.

If you received Version 14.20 along with your registration, things
will work as clarified in the documentation for registered users.
