PalmScan v2.02

Welcome to PalmScan v2.02. This release contains a couple of new
features, and a lot of small bugs have been fixed. For more
information on the changes, please read the update.log.
When upgrading from a version of PalmScan previous to v2.00, you
must run PUPDATE to update your configuration(s) to the v2.02
format. PalmScan v2.02 and PSetup v2.02 can not read the old
configuration files.
