NOTE: TranScan.Exe should not be compressed with PKLite or any other program
that compresses EXE files. This will result in problems with the SetUp screen.
The following problems have been identified and fixed:

- Reported PKZIP.EXE not found in Log even when working OK! (David Katz).
- Did not properly process an imbeded ZIP file (Bill Masella).
- Desc.Sdi files not written from Wildcat Description (Jeff Harrington &
Chris Koziol).
- The -! doesn't function (Bill Isaacson and Ron Woods).
- TranScan.Did file is not being created correctly (Ron Woods, Chris
Koziol).
- Not rejecting files based on FileDate (Chris Koziol).
- TranScan.Cmt is not being written at ScanFile.Bat time (Chris Koziol).
- Runtime error 105 at 3999:32B5 occurs durring PKLite (Richard Reed).
- Ignoring the -D- switch and not creating a TranScan.Did file even when
specified in the F2 SetUp (Ron Woods).

o Bypass certain users by security level (Bill Masella & Bill Gibson).
o TranScan should have external TranSan.Cfg (Richard Reed & Bill Masella).
o Special handling needed for POSTCALL.BAT (Craig Dunstan).
o TranScan.Did should delete one file at a time from list (Jeff Harrington).
o "Error opening MAKEWILD.DAT" is reported when trying to execute
WCPRO when TranScan is running in the background (Ron Woods).
