                               Version History

Version 1.00 - 27-Oct-1990

     Initial release.

Version 1.10 - 09-Nov-1990

     1. MSGPACK modifications:
          a. Message bases were not being packed because the *.MIX file was
being opened as read-only (instead of read-write). Fixed.
          b. Bases are now packed ONLY if necessary (i.e. if the number of
valid messages exceeds the indicated maximum or if deleted
               messages exist).
          c. Corrected various other minor bugs which had the potential to
               trash message bases.
     2. REALNAME and ZEROUSER now report the number of entries that were
          altered when the programs terminate.

Version 1.20 - 06-Jan-1991

     1. ZEROUSER did not set the "deleted" flag on user records that it
          erased. Fixed.
     2. DELEMAIL program added to delete orphaned Email.
     3. All executable files are now packed using PKWARE's PKLITE utility,
resulting in a substantial savings of disk space used.

Version 1.30 - SKIPPED

This version was skipped to avoid confusion with the release that claimed
to be version 1.30. In reality, it was a hack of version 1.20, and may
have contained virii or other nastiness.

Version 1.40 - 15-Dec-1991

     1. All programs updated for compatibility with Telegard version 2.7.
Earlier versions of Telegard are NOT supported.
     2. All program files are now packed with the extra compression option
of PKWARE's PKLITE Professional (the extra compression option does
not allow the programs to be expanded, thus preventing them from
          being modified).
     3. Two utilities added: AUTOPOST (formerly a separate release) and
ONETIME. Refer to the documentation for details on each.
     4. Test messages that were inadvertantly left in DELEMAIL have been
          removed.
     5. MSGPACK now has greatly improved error checing. It should no longer
trash your message bases when your drive becomes full, or if some
          other nasty error occurs.
