If you are upgrading from version 3 to version 4 then are you in for a
great surprise. Look at the history file (UPCHECK.HIS) for details.

The configuration file (UPCHECK.CFG) is NO LONGER COMPATIBLE with version
four. The new one contains much more information, and simply making a
conversion program would not suffice as it would be sure to not be set up
to your liking. The UpSetup program is MUCH easier to use, and includes
field editing so it will take just seconds to get rolling...
