UpCheck is probably one of the most powerful utilities that you will
have running on your system. - It's probably also the lowest priced
piece of Shareware that does so much. Compare all it's features to
some programs that only perform one or two of it's functions and are
more expensive. If you continue to use this product, please support
it, and mail in your registration.
Commercial Systems

If you are making or attempting to make a profit by providing services
including but not limited to the transferring of files or messages,and
will be using UpCheck in this environment, then you are subject to the
"Commercial License".
If registering a commercial system with 3 lines or less, then the cost
for registration is $15. If registering a commercial system with 4 to
20 lines, then the registration cost is $25. For systems running more
than 20 lines, please inquire about a special pricing for your system.
Non-Commercial Systems

If you do not fall into the above "Commercial System" definition then
the cost for registration is $10.
Canada: If registering in Canada then please send the registration
fee in Canadian funds via cheque or money order payable to

Outside
Canada: If registering outside of Canada then please send the fee
