occurring when a user had a 0 for a
statistic. Namely Total Calls to your

Fixed bug concerning flushing the Keyboard
when running under DESQview. Sometimes then
Event Mode was turned off (/E- from command
line) the keyboard would not get flushed
under DESQview.

v1.5 - Merged the two configuration files ("TOPUSERS.CF1"
and "TOPUSERS.CF2") into one configuration file
called "TOPUSERS.CFG".
Added to the distribution file a conversion
utility to convert the 1.x configuration files
to the new configuration file format of version
1.5.
Incorporated new file structures for Telegard
version 2.7.
