This file contains rules and suggested bulletins for posting ASP
information for the public per Article 3.1 of the ASP Approved BBS
Standards.
It is suggested that you make the following information available to
your callers via a standard public bulletin such as the (B)ulletin
command on Wildcat or PC Board systems.
Much of the software available for downloading from this BBS is
shareware. These systems require a payment to the author if found
useful.
Some shareware systems are produced by members of the Association of
Shareware Professionals (ASP). The authors of these systems have
promised to meet the association's standard of program quality and
customer support.
ASP wants to make sure that the shareware principle works for you. If
you are unable to resolve a shareware related problem with an ASP member
by contacting the member directly, ASP may be able to help. The ASP
Ombudsman can help you resolve a dispute or problem with an ASP member,
but does not provide technical support for members' products. Please

Those systems that are produced by ASP members are identified in the
file listings of this BBS by the symbol <ASP> (substitute as necessary).
You should NOT have any messages or bulletins stating "Please don't
upload any copyrighted software" or having any similar mis-conceptions
of shareware. Shareware is copyrighted software that is freely
distributable with the author's specific expressed permission.
You may place the following official logos of the ASP on your BBS
screens and use it wherever applicable.
