TCEDIT v1.1l TAG Configurable Editor (TCE11L)
TCEDIT version 1.1l by SmartSoft (New Jersey), January 1995: a full-screen message editor for TAG 2.6 and later that understands TAG colour codes and taglines, and doubles as a stand-alone or offline-reader editor. Freeware beta.
