║OnLine Text Reader is very simple to use. You will be presented ║
║a menu that lists six (6) different sub-menus. After each sub-║
║menu ther is a number in parenthesis. That number is the minimum ║
║security level that may access that particular sub-menu. Your║
║owm security level is diaplayed directly below the Main Menu. You ║
║may select any sub-menu that you have access to. Once you have║
║selected a Menu choice, you will be shown a list of all the text ║
║files that are available for that sub-menu. You then select the║
║file that you would like to read or view .║
