║ OnLine Text Reader is very simple to use. You will be presented ║
║ a menu that lists six (6) different sub-menus. After each sub- ║
║ menu ther is a number in parenthesis. That number is the minimum ║
║ security level that may access that particular sub-menu. Your ║
║ owm security level is diaplayed directly below the Main Menu. You ║
║ may select any sub-menu that you have access to. Once you have ║
║ selected a Menu choice, you will be shown a list of all the text ║
║ files that are available for that sub-menu. You then select the ║
║ file that you would like to read or view . ║
